The National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) is Ireland’s official standards body, providing services in standardisation, certification, and metrology.

Within NSAI’s Certification Division, the BIM and MMC Departments support the construction sector by offering independent, third-party certification for Building Information Modelling and Modern Methods of Construction. These services promote quality, compliance, and innovation across the built environment.
